Terms of use

1. Purpose and scope

Cainfinity is a free, fan-made archive of Dean Cain's career. Anyone can browse it. A free account adds watch tracking, ratings, notes, favourites, saved titles, statistics, badges, a profile and following other members. An optional paid plan, Cainfinity Pro, is covered by the Premium terms. By using Cainfinity you accept these terms.

2. Accounts

Provide accurate information, keep your password private and tell us if you think your account has been misused. One person per account; accounts may not be sold or shared.

3. Profiles and your content

Your profile (name, username, photo, cover, stickers, badges and activity shown there) is visible to other visitors. You keep all rights in the photos and text you upload. You grant Cainfinity only a free, non-exclusive licence to host, resize and display that content on Cainfinity for as long as it stays on your account. Only upload content you have the right to use.

4. Acceptable use

Do not: impersonate anyone (including Dean Cain or the Cainfinity team); post unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual or violent content; infringe others' rights; spam; scrape the site at scale; attempt to bypass security or paid-feature checks.

5. Reporting and moderation

Report a problem through the feedback form in Settings or by email (below). Rights holders can use the rights request process. We review reports and may remove content that breaks these terms or the law, and will explain our decision where possible.

6. Intellectual property

See the Legal notice. Third-party materials remain the property of their owners.

7. Availability

We aim for a reliable service but cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Features may evolve.

8. Suspension and deletion

We may suspend or close an account for serious or repeated breaches, proportionately and after notice where practicable. You may delete your account at any time in Settings (see the Privacy policy).

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced on the site before they take effect.

10. Contact, complaints and law

Contact: Contact email — being completed by the site operator. These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of mandatory protections of your country of residence. Consumers may use a consumer mediator or the courts competent under applicable law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
