Please include

The page address(es) and a description of the material.
The right concerned (copyright, image right, trademark…) and your relationship to it.
Your name and a way to reach you; representatives should state whom they act for.
What you are asking for (removal, credit, correction).

What happens next

We acknowledge your request, review it, may ask for clarification, and take appropriate action where justified — for example removing or crediting the material. A request does not by itself establish infringement, and every request is reviewed individually. We only use the information you send to handle the request.
