Application runtime and content delivery: Cloudflare (edge network used by the deployment).

Payments for Cainfinity Pro: Stripe.
Transactional emails: Lovable's email service.

5. Intellectual property and third-party content

Cainfinity is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Dean Cain, his representatives, production companies, broadcasters or any other rights holder.

Cainfinity's original website design, interface, original writing and editorial organisation belong to its publisher. Names, trademarks, photographs, posters, stills, video clips, artwork and other third-party materials belong to their respective rights holders. Cainfinity claims no ownership of Dean Cain's likeness or of any third-party material.

Attribution, or an educational, informational, archival or fan purpose, does not by itself grant permission to use protected material. Users must respect intellectual property, image rights and trademark rights. Rights holders can ask us to review material through the rights request process.

6. Archive data and external sources

Cainfinity organises information from several sources: The Movie Database (TMDB), the Open Movie Database (OMDb), and manual research and corrections. Factual metadata (titles, dates, runtimes, cast) mainly comes from these sources; descriptions marked as editorial are written by Cainfinity; posters and images come from third parties and remain theirs.

This product uses TMDB and the TMDB APIs but is not endorsed, certified, or otherwise approved by TMDB. OMDb data is used under OMDb's own terms. Neither TMDB nor OMDb verifies or endorses Cainfinity. See About & credits.

7. Accuracy and corrections

We maintain the archive carefully, but third-party data can be incomplete, outdated or inconsistent. To report an error or request a correction, use the contact email above or the feedback form in Settings. We review every report and correct the archive where justified.

8. Availability and security

We aim to keep Cainfinity reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or technical incidents at our providers. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on stored data and server-side checks for paid features; no system can be guaranteed fully secure. Nothing in this notice limits responsibility that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Applicable law

This website is governed by French law and applicable European Union law, without prejudice to mandatory rules — including consumer and data-protection rules — that may apply in your country of residence.
