Cainfinity Pro terms

Cainfinity Pro is an optional subscription. The free archive and free account features remain available without it.

Plans and prices

Monthly: €1.99 per month.
Yearly: €19.99 per year.

Prices are shown in euros at checkout, and the final amount is confirmed by Stripe before you pay. Tax treatment: VAT status (e.g. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B CGI) — being completed by the site operator

What Pro includes

Pro customisation (themes, typography, frames, cover styles, cosmetics), profile stickers, Watch Cards and the Pro ✦ badge, as described on the subscription screen.

Billing and renewal

Payment is taken by Stripe when you subscribe and then automatically at the start of each month or year until you cancel. Cainfinity never sees or stores your card details.

Cancellation

Cancel at any time from Settings through Stripe's secure billing portal. Renewal stops, Pro stays active until the end of the period already paid, then Pro features and the badge are removed automatically. Your account and data remain. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it; if it is not paid, Pro ends.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital services that start immediately, this right may be lost only if you expressly requested immediate access and acknowledged it at checkout.
